Beef, spirit vinegar, salt, coriander, garlic, black pepper, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium nitrate), nutmeg, cloves, chilli.
Made from approx. 250g beef per 100g jerky. No allergens present. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened consume within 24 hours.
